We currently offer each wedding dance lesson in four different dance genres to cover a wide variety of tastes and music styles:

Of course! If you want to learn even more moves to give your first dance a real wow factor, you can purchase two, three or even all four genres. You’ll even benefit from a multi-buy discount!

Each dance genre follows the same format, offering unique dance moves for your chosen style. The training is split into four lessons:

• Lesson 1: Introduction
• Lesson 2: Foundational moves
• Lesson 3: Show-stopping moves
• Lesson 4: Poses and transitions

You’ll also get a bonus feature to get your crowd extra excited on the night (and to calm your nerves!) and a surprise to show you how it all comes together.

We provide everything you need to prepare to perform! From the basics to easy but impressive, show-stopping wedding dance tricks. With Boxed Steps, even beginners can create a beautiful first dance.

The first time you watch the videos, we definitely recommend watching them in order. The introduction and foundational moves will give you a solid base for learning more intricate moves later on. You can move on to the next video whenever you feel ready and recap previous content whenever you like. It can be a really stress–free and enjoyable way to learn.

Boxed Steps is designed to teach you the foundational moves, poses, transitions and show-stopping moves of your chosen genre so you and your partner can create your own personal choreographed routine. But you’re not on your own! We’ll show you each choreography step and even how to link moves together so your routine flows, and there will be plenty of sequences you can borrow or adapt for your own wedding dance.

Your special day is extremely personal, so you can choose whatever song you and your partner want for your first dance. Our training sessions are designed to give you the skills and moves you need to put together your own routine, which you can match perfectly to your chosen song. For each genre, we’ve put together some of our fave tracks to give you a little inspiration.

Yes, Boxed Steps begins with a three month minimum subscription 2-week free trial! However, if you need longer to learn your moves, your subscription conveniently remains active until you’re ready to cancel it.

Once you’ve purchased your chosen genre(s), you’ll receive an email instructing you on how to set up your Boxed Step account. Whenever you’re ready to train, simply log in and all your videos will be there waiting for you.

No. You only need one account, which you can both use whenever you like. This means you can train separately when you have free time.

You can access your videos on your phone, tablet or computer – pretty much anything that connects to the internet! This makes it easy and convenient to train or refresh your memory wherever you are, and whenever you feel inspired to practise.

You can only access your videos through your Boxed Steps account and will need an internet connection to view them.
